Ideal space for shoots - balcony views, interior bar, train-station-like main area. Enjoy the unlimited potential.

MAIN HALL

Built-in ticket booth at the entrance. Separate office for cash drops or cloak room. Lights are app controlled.

KITCHEN

Basic working kitchen prepped for caterers. Includes cold room.

BAR

The bar is 10m long, includes fridges, and is located in a dedicated bar area.

VIP AREA

Secure artist area or VIP space with dedicated bathroom.

BALCONIES

2 x balconies overlooking Ellis Park on one side & Bez Valley Hill on the other.

PARKING

There is secure parking located next to the venue with 200 spots available.

Female bathroom has 6 cubicles & vanity area. Male bathroom has 4 cubicles, 3 urinals & vanity area.
